Gilsonite Specifications & Grades
Gilsonite specifications define the agreed quality limits for a commercial grade. Asia Gilsonite supplies natural asphaltite in different ash and particle-size options for drilling, asphalt and other industrial uses. Buyers should select a grade by application, ash content, moisture, mesh and any required thermal or compatibility parameters.
A specification is different from a batch analysis: the specification defines acceptance limits, while an analysis reports measured results. See our Gilsonite analysis page for that distinction and our Gilsonite properties page for technical background.
